1925 Germany Karl Arnhold Booklet Signed Propaganda Pre-Third Reich Support GEFA
This is a very rare item that is a booklet written by Karl Arnhold in 1925. It is a written in German and the title page reads, " Zwolf Fuhrungsthesen...aufgestelt von Prof. Dr.- Ing. e.h. Karl Arnhold im Jahre 1925". This roughly translates to, "twelve management topics authored by Karl Arnhold in the year 1925". There are twelve main pages to this small booklet that briefly tell how management can train his worker to his ideological way of thinking and working. It is said Arnhold helped Hitler to gain power thru worker management concepts. The cover has an interesting logo for his group, "GEFA" that depicts worker in the cog wheel going up. The soft cover booklet measures 4 1/4" x 3 1/4" and is in flat, clean, undamaged condition. Really nice for the age.  There are twelve topics of discussion.... suggestions to steer management to getting a better more productive controlled worker. Arnhold was the organizer of The German Institute For Technical Labor Training and strongly supported a more militaristic organization of the labor force and favored a combination of technical and idealogical training which later produced good German workers and soldiers for The Third Reich (Hitler). Some of the topic titles in this booklet are, " Be a Role Model", " Work well planned", " You create the employee", Be thoughtful", "Be Controlled", " Be Fair" and others. The little guide tell how to punish and praise, how to give instructions to subordinates and become a good leader boss. I believe the signature on the title page is an actual signature and not printed into the book...but I am not an expert on autographs. Arnhold went on to author several books but this is a small early guild in his career. He undoubtlyed met Hitler and his cronies. This rare pre-WWII item is of  significance to those researching how Hitler came to power and how the industrial world was his back up. I have photographed a couple sample pages for your examination.
