5 Jeannette Glass 9 Ounce Green Windsor 3 7/8" Flat Tumblers Uranium - Excellent

Description

Recent North Carolina estate find. Offering a hard to find set of five, 9 ounce tumblers by Jeannette Glass in the green Windsor pattern.  Excellent overall condition with no chips, cracks or stains in the glass.  A very nice glow under UV light, further solidifying that these glasses are authentic and original as they contain uranium, consistent with pieces made pre-WW2.  With most depression era glass, you will find small imperfections such as lines, bubbles or waviness.  For the most part, imperfections with this set is exceptional; however, one glass does have a tiny dimple on the top side of the rim.  We examined this closely and we are confident it is not a chip; smooth, round and very small (see last photo).   Possibly a surface bubble.  Regardless, this is extremely minor, very insignificant and does not impact the display value of this set at all.
