Habitat:
Originally a garden plant it has escaped and established in the wild, seeming to prefer woodland and shady areas.
Plant Description:
This plant has groups of delicate bell-shaped nodding creamy flowers often pink tinged. It can reach a metre or more in height.
The linear leaves, deeply grooved, are strongly scented of garlic when crushed.A bulbous annual herb; bulb consists of several smaller bulbs which are surrounded by a thin, white scale leaves.
Leaves long, narrow, angular. Flowers small, white, in umbels at the end of a slender scape.
