These are Euro style taillights. They have (3) lights per side, unlike the USA style that have only (2) lights per side. European regulations do not allow a combined brake / turn signal bulb like USA regulations do. In Europe there must be a separate orange turn-signal bulb
Why would I want Euro Style Taillights?
1. If you live outside of the USA and have a non-USA spec H3 with Euro style lights, these are the exact factory replacement parts  you need.
2. If you are moving outside the USA and need to make your vehicle legal to pass inspection in the country you are moving to, you will almost certainly need these lights.
3. If you have a USA spec H3 and want to have it different look from everyone else's, these are the ticket - they will bolt perfectly into the USA spec vehicles. You will need to plug  your existing bulb sockets / harnesses into these taillight assemblies. The center (turn signal) portion of the new taillight will not be used - just plug your existing brake / turn light into the top lens area and your backup bulb into the bottom lens area. Leave a bulb plugged into the center (unused) turn signal area so that moisture does not get into the lens. If  you are very talented with wiring you could make the center turn lens work - but that is an advance level project.
4. You want to make your H3 look like an HT3 (pickup). The HT3 pickups used a three-lens bulb very similar in appearance to these Euro lights. The same instructions above apply.
5. You have a USA Spec Hummer H3 and want to save money - these are a screaming deal!
