    Sebastian cellophanes is a color shine enhancer. The formula with a3 complex provides reflective brilliance and gorgeous color and preserves the natural moisture of your hair.
    Application: Shampoo hair and comb through hair. Towel dry to 75%. Part hair in sections, apply a stain guard to hairline and partings. Apply cellophanes liberally, starting from 1/8 in away from scalp to ends. Wrap hair in plastic cap and place under heat for 15-20 minutes. Allow hair to cool for 5 minutes before rinsing well with lukewarm water. Follow by shampoo and conditioner. Suitable for use after any color service, relaxer and in between color services as refresher.
