    Description

Please read the whole description before buying.
You like hand dipped taper? But don’t want to spend a fortune to get the expensive equipment, don’t have tons of wax to melt in a big pot, or don’t have the skills to make nice looking dipped candles. This might be a solution for you.
This listing is for one handmade silicone classic JC taper candle mold with single cavity.
JC taper features in a smooth finish, with a small smooth top and a light lined & smaller base. Simple & classic design, it won’t have the ugly lines like many of the traditional hand dipped candles.
Wick suggestion: square braid 3/0 ( depends on the quality of your wax)
It comes with 2 short cuts at the base for easy release. ( no release agent needed)
It may come with or without a wick hole, you will need to use a wicking needle for threading.
*** Note: This mold won’t be able to stand up alone !
You will need to buy or diy a taper mold holder. (However if you buy 3 or more, wrap them together with rubber bands, let them stand against the wall, with some light support from any heavy object, it will work well. )
*** Finished candle size: about 10” tall, 0.5” wide at the base. each candle weighs about 2 ozs. Ideally can burn about 10 hrs.
Tools you may need to make candles: wicking needle, toothpick, wick pins / hair pins, mold holder.
You can find taper candle video instruction on my fb page TheHandmadeCharms.
Not suggest for container soy wax which may stick to silicone and it would be too soft to get the candle out.
Note: This is a handmade product, I won't be able to guarantee that every mold would look exactly the same.

    Thanks for looking.
