    e out of plastic, he's got string legs. There's some metal holding the wheels together and the pedals as well .Item measures 5 inches tall .He's in good shape considering how old
    he is! There's some slight wear in a few places, like paint missing, some small marks here and there if you look up close, and I notice some slight discoloration on his arms
    , probably due to age, but overall he looks great. He rolls just fine, his legs look like they're working the pedals. A great piece for any Disney or Goofy collector for sure!
